Do I have to share the journey with
people I don't know?
NO
every booking is for a direct point 2 point service, only you and your party
will be picked up and dropped off. You will never be asked to share with
strangers.
NO you only pay the price you were quoted,
you will never be asked to pay extra for parking, unsociable hours or extra
cases etc.
When do we have to pay you?
Payment is normally made upon successful completion of each stage of the
journey, however some people prefer to pay for both the outbound and return
journeys together this is a matter of personal choice.
How can we pay you?
Most journeys are paid for in cash but if you wish to pay using a credit or
debit card this can be arranged in advance (5% charge). If you have a paypal
account you can pay via paypal (5% charge).
Will you meet us inside the
airport?
Yes we can arrange to meet travellers inside
the arrivals hall, because of the extra time involved and increased parking
charges we now have to charge an extra £5.00 for our "Meet and Greet"
service. This service must be ordered at the time of booking.
